Overview

Kunal Kalke joined Walton Street India in 2016 and has more than 10 years of experience in Real Estate. At Walton Street, he is responsible for advising on technical feasibility, cost underwriting and Asset management of certain existing investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Walton Street, he has worked with Aditya Birla Real Estate Fund of Birla Sunlife AMC and Valuation & Advisory team of Cushman & Wakefield, India.

Kunal is a Postgraduate in Finance and holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
