Rahul Rajendran joined WSB (formerly Walton Street India) in 2015 and has over 9 years of real estate experience. At WSB, he is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, deal execution, market research and asset management of certain existing investments.

Prior to joining Walton Street India, he has worked with the Transaction Advisory Group at EY.

Rahul is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai.

Hardik Bagadia is associated with Walton Street India since 2010 and has over 12 years of experience in Finance & Secretarial. At Walton Street, he is responsible for accounting, finance and secretarial/compliance related work of the company.

Hardik is a Company Secretary and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai.

Pooja has over 3 years of experience in Banking & Real Estate. At WSB, her responsibilities include project appraisal for identified new investment opportunities, market analysis, and management of existing asset portfolio.

Prior to joining WSB, she was associated with the Investment & Strategy team of Hiranandani Communities and was responsible for raising debt and analysing financial feasibility of real estate projects.

Pooja Bhor holds PGDM Certificate and has specialised in Finance from IES Management College & Research Centre, Mumbai and is a B.Com graduate.

Dimple is associated with WSB Group (formerly Walton Street India) since September 2008. She has over 13 years of experience in the areas of Compliance, Legal, Investor Servicing, Risk and Company Secretarial. At WSB, she is heading Legal and Compliance which includes Fund Compliances, Regulatory compliances, secretarial and other compliances for WSB Group. She is also involved in Diligence and Documentation of transactions from legal perspective and runs the Board and Investment committee process smoothly.

She is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with Bachelor of Commerce from University of Mumbai (B.Com) and Bachelor of Law (L.L.B.) from the University of Mumbai.

Surya Teja joined WSB (formerly Walton Street India) in 2021. He has over 4 years of experience in Real Estate. At WSB, his responsibilities include project appraisal for identified new investment opportunities, market analysis, and management of existing asset portfolio.

Prior to joining Walton Street India, he was associated with business team in raising corporate debt for real estate projects with L&T Financial Services and has experience in asset recoveries.

Surya Teja holds PGDM certificate of Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management from NICMAR, Pune and is a graduated Civil Engineer.

Sakshi Gupta has 8 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate across the investment lifecycle including capital raising, sourcing deals, evaluating,underwriting,structuring, closure, asset management, restructuring and exit.

At WSB, her responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating and closure of new investment opportunities.

In her previous roles, Sakshi has worked with the investment teams at SWAMIH Fund,Piramal Capital and ICICI Prudential AMC (structured debt funding to residential projects) and Godrej Fund Management (commercial real estate private equity).

Sakshi is a Chartered Accountant and a B. Com graduate from university of Mumbai. She ispursuing CFA certification.

Sagar Shah joined WSB in 2024. He has 7 years of experience in Real Estate & Infrastructure. At WSB, his responsibilities includes Asset Management and monitoring of assets, market analysis and market mapping studies , and appraising investment opportunities.

Prior to joining WSB, he was associated with Deloitte India and has experience in Internal controls and Asset Management.

Sagar is a post graduate in Construction Management and an Civil engineer from Mumbai University.

Anuraag Kanodia joined WSB in 2024. He has 6 years of experience in client/investor servicing.

At WSB, his responsibilities primarily include investor relationships and aiding in fund operations.

Prior to joining WSB, he was associated with Morgan Stanley in their Institutional equities division and was acting as the single point of contact and client representative for multiple clients.

Anuraag is a Chartered Accountant and currently pursuing CFA certification.

Akshata Samat has 5 years of experience in fundraising and investment execution across real estate, credit, and other private market strategies.

At WSB, her responsibilities primarily include investor relations, fundraising support, and fund operations. In her previous roles, she worked at Finex Hong Kong Limited, focusing on fundraising for real estate and credit strategies while developing analytical tools to support investment decisions. Prior to this, she was associated with TresVista Financial Services, where she gained experience in deal execution, financial modelling, and cross-sector project management.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Accounts & Finance from the University of Mumbai, and is pursuing the CFA certification, having cleared Level I.

Chaitya Parekh joined WSB (formerly Walton Street India) in 2022. He has over 18 months of experience in Real Estate. At WSB, his responsibilities include evaluation and assessment of new investment opportunities, market analysis, and asset management of existing portfolio.

Prior to joining Walton Street India, he was associated with the Investor Relations team at Integrow Asset Management overseeing the fund-raising activities for their maiden fund.

Chaitya Parekh is an MBA Finance graduate from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research and is currently pursuing CFA and CAIA certifications.

Vishvam Dave joined WSB in September 2024. He is endowed with 10 years of experience in Real Estate having an expertise in assessing various real estate properties in addition to sound technical background as a Civil Engineer.

Prior to Joining WSB, he worked with CBRE Asia Pacific as Assistant General Manager - Valuation & Advisory Service. He acted as an individual dedicated for valuation assessment, technical due diligence & data analysis of ongoing projects. Vishvam has proven experience of delivering superior insights for successful real estate ventures.

Vishvam holds a Civil Engineering degree from University of Mumbai.

Mandar Wagh joined WSB Real Estate Partners in July 2024. At WSB, his responsibilities includes Asset Management and monitoring of assets.

Prior to joining WSB, he was associated with HDFC Bank Limited, Mortgages Team in Credit Administration Department for two years and had experience in security perfection.

Mandar Wagh holds Post Graduate Diploma certificate in Financial Management, Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law degree.

Sonu Mirpuri has over 1 year of experience at WSB is working as an Office Administrator her responsibilities include front office along with communication skills with excellent customer service. To coordinate, and execute office projects like travel plans, events tracking and completes task along with all office administrative tasks.

Prior to joining WSB she was associated as a Secretary cum Front Office executive with the real estate sector.

Sonu holds a diploma in Travel & Tourism from IITC, and Telephone operating from RBCS - IIMTS and a B A Graduate.

Shrutika Parab has over 2 years of experience in AIF. At WSB, her responsibilities include maintaining financial records, handling statutory compliances, and reviewing fund operations.

Shrutika is a pursuing CA and is a B. Com graduate from Mumbai university.

Prachi More At WSB, is responsible to maintain financial records and summarizing financial statements.

Prior to joining WSB, she has over 3 years of experience in accounting.

Prachi is a B. Com graduate.

Veeraj Mehta joined WSB (formerly Walton Street India) in February 2025. He has over 2 years of experience in Real Estate. At WSB, his responsibilities includes Asset Management and monitoring of assets.

Prior to joining Walton Street India, he was associated with Cushman & Wakefield as Associate – Valuation & Advisory Services.

Veeraj holds a PGPM certificate with a specialization in Finance from ICFAI Business School and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from KES Shroff College.

Devesh Rathi is a Chartered Accountant with experience in real estate financial modelling, deal evaluation, risk advisory, and due diligence across large-scale transactions.

At WSB, his responsibilities include evaluating and closure of new investment opportunities.

At Larsen & Toubro Realty, he is in fund management team developed financial models, supported fundraising from AIFs and overseas investors, and contributed to risk assessment and investor documentation. Earlier, at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, he worked on multiple risk management engagements across industries such as FMCG, chemicals, healthcare, and media.

Devesh is a Chartered Accountant and a B. Com graduate from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur.

Saurabh Ambre has 3 years of experience in real estate capital raising, sourcing deals, evaluating, underwriting, structuring, closure, asset management & restructuring & 5 + years of experience as an Architect, Saurabh will be responsible for asset management. At WSB, his responsibilities include asset management.

In his previous roles, Saurabh has worked with Investment banking boutique firms for capital raising, sourcing deals, evaluating, underwriting, structuring, closure, asset management & restructuring & as an Architect for several architectural firms in MMR region.

Saurabh holds MBA in Financial Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and B.Arch graduate from the University of Mumbai.
