Overview

Rushit Shroff joined Walton Street India in 2015 and has over 12 years of experience in Real Estate. At Walton Street, he is responsible for evaluation of new investment opportunities, provide financial analysis and advise on feasible investment structure. He is also instrumental in sourcing new opportunities, transaction negotiation and management, active investment management and managing existing developer relationships across Indian markets.

Prior to joining Walton Street, he has worked with the Valuation & Advisory team of Cushman & Wakefield, and the Corporate Finance team of the Jones Lang LaSalle.

Rushit is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai.
